City names are important, unlike naming streets and parks, which can eventually be renamed, city names tend to stick around for a long time. That's why if you're going to pick a name, you'd better make sure it's a good one. It should sound cool, it should reflect what your town is all about, it should be attractive enough to make you want to visit and it and of course, it should be memorable.

Unfortunately for the following Canadian cities, they appear to have only paid attention to that last point because these names are most definitely memorable to say the least. But don't take our word for it, you be the judge.
