There are some seriously terrifying places in this world that will always scare the sh*t out of us. Like scary abandoned asylums, foggy cemeteries that are eerily quiet, and dark dingy basements where anything could be hiding in the shadowed corners.

All these places send chills through our spine because even though we know it's irrational, that fear of the unknown is still inside us. 

There's a scary legend about this abandoned town in Vermont called North Village. After the residents slowly started to leave the town because of it's poor fortune it became known as Dead North Village and it supposedly became a dumping site for toxic wastes.

One person has returned back to take care of his family's farm and so every year in October the corn maze is open to brave visitors who wish to come and explore what's left of this terrifying town.

This super scary Great North Corn Maze will be open for 4 nights leading up to Halloween, October 6th, October 7th, October 13th and October 14th. The maze is only a 2.5 hour drive from Montreal making it the perfect scary road trip! 

This terrifying event will include a creepy tractor ride, a mile walk through the haunted corn fields where anything can jump out at you at any moment, and walks through building with scary animations and special effects.

Tickets for this terrifying event costs $25 each. There will also be tons of food and drink available for purchase on the site.
