When it comes to getting ready for an EDM festival of any type, we consider ourselves experts. We have representatives that have been to raves and music festivals all over the world. All the shows we have ever been to have been a blast but the only thing that is to be considered when going to any event is its atmosphere. By that we mean how to dress, how to act, what to drink, where to party before and after, and all in all the actions that need to be taken to have the best fucking time possible. That being said; here is what you need to know to master IglooFest and all its incredible aspects.

It's the third weekend of February and Valentine's day has just passed so now it's time to treat yourself! Watch participants compete Polar Hero Race, a 5-kilometre obstacle course! Or join them! Tired to stay locked in the winter? Come have fun with your friends on a 5km foot race including 25 fun and challenging obstacles. Come to join the Polar Hero family ! 2. Enjoy This Weekend And Go See The First Showing Of The Movie Fist Fight
On the last day of the year, mild-mannered high school English teacher Andy Campbell (Day) is trying his best to keep it together amidst senior pranks, a dysfunctional administration and budget cuts that put jobs on the line. But things go from bad to worse when he accidentally crosses his much tougher and deeply feared colleague, Ron Strickland (Ice Cube), who challenges Campbell to an old-fashioned throw down after school. News of the fight spreads like wildfire and ends up becoming the very thing this school, and Campbell, needed.

Mamma Mia! the musical will be presented in Montréal from February 17th to 19th, 2017! After a successful run on Broadway and around the world, Mamma Mia! is back at the Salle Wilfrid-Pelletier at the Place des Arts. This musical is composed of ABBA songs and was written by Benny Anderson and Bjorn Ulvaeus. It features songs such as Dancing Queen, Take A Chance On Me, Money, Money, Money and The Winner Takes It All!

4. Enjoy This Weekend And Go To The Montreal Museum Of Contemporary Art
With collections totalling more than 7,800 works, the MAC is Canada’s premier museum dedicated exclusively to contemporary art. It offers a varied program, ranging from presentations showcasing its permanent collections to temporary exhibitions of works by Québec, Canadian and international artists.
Discover a quite new practice which reminds us that of the SUP yoga (paddleboard yoga). A wooden minimalist board with cradles which allow certain degree of movement to whom(which) we chain postures of yoga. What gives us the sensation to be on the water on a board with paddle (stand(pit) up paddleboard). This will help develop your balance!

Over our two last weekends, February 11th and 18th, you’ll be invited to takepart in the very first Nordik Games, crazy contests for big and small kids alike, including the famous “Christmas Tree Tossing”, and many more, including ‘Dig Out Your Car!’ or Put up your Tempo Shelter! A hommage to our Nordic roots with a big dose of humour and laughs. We’ll celebrate, via obstacle course, Montrealers who fight winter on the daily. A wink and a nod to our little winter victories.

Make Your Last Few Weeks Of Winter Epic With Free Igloofest
Go to Montreal's biggest outdoor winter party with all your friends this winter to part, dance, sing, and do it all again next week! The Igloo fest is all winter long every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, so cross it off your bucket list because the last two weeks are free.
The Ausable Chasm is now offering their brand new Winter Tours! You can avoid the summer crowds and maybe even have the entire park to yourself on your birthday this year! It’s a fabulous first date because you can show them your adventurous side. You and your date will have a view of gigantic icicles that tower 150′ above the Ausable River and a chasm blanketed in snow. Two-hour guided winter tours are also available but reservations are required. All visitors must wear snowshoes or ice cleats for safety, depending on how much ice and snow have accumulated. Rentals are available for $10 per day if you do not have your own. You can even go on a special Photo Tour with resident photographers if your date loves photography.
It’s official, Montreal has anti-gravity yoga! You can now fly through the sky in Montreal at Club Sportif MAA. Some call it aerial yoga or zero gravity yoga but whatever you call it, it’s cool AF! If you want to feel like you are in secluded space, then I suggest trying Spa Le Finlandais. But if your heart is set on being on a boat, then check out Bota Bota! You get to relax in Montreal and see the city covered in snow once you go to their outdoor section. It's truly something you need to do ASAP this winter!
Since the cold weather has taken over Montreal, why not go indoor rock climbing with your active AF BFF this winter! Rock climbing is honestly super sun and it’s a great way to stay active with your BFF. So, head down to Allez Up because it's the perfect place to enjoy winter in a unique way!

It’s actually named #13 on the list of the top 25 best ski towns! It's only an hour away so there is no excuse for you to not cross if off your bucket list this winter! Be sure to hurry down before it's too late.
Instead of drinking, enjoy a winter day by signing up for an escape game at A/Maze. You and your friends pick a scenario and try to solve it together! It’s fun and a great alternative if you want to escape the cold weather.
