Montreal, the week-end is here and the Habs won the first round of the series. You know what time it is right? It's time to party like it's 1999! We know some of you are still studying for finals but hey, a beer and dancing never hurt nobody. If anything, it'll help you release some stress you're probably under. Take the time to think of other things and let all your lessons simmer in your mind. Go somewhere and raise your glass - cheers to you, for you and the Habs! Thursday, April 24th

BAM Dans Le Metro At Berri-UQAM Metro Station Part of the Bust A Move Festival, this is a Bust A Move Battle demo. It's on for 30 minutes so if you want to take a break from whatever it is you are doing but don't want to go too crazy drinking and partying, pass by Berri-UQAM metro and check it out! Sounds will be by DJ Victorious. "Now you know what to do, Bust a Move"! View event>

If you prefer going to grab some drinks to release some end of semester stress or to relax after a long day at work, there's a 5 à 7 at App.200 Summer Menu Launch. There will be an Oyster Bar so you can savor those while enjoying your drinks. Music will be by Axel Klein. Always great times there, for sure you will not be disappointed. View event>

For the skaterboarders, there's the Launch of Empty Can's 2014 Summer Collection at TRH-Bar. This will be a fashion show at the beginning of the night to become an official Empty Can Party! Don't forget your skateboards! There'll be an open skate Jam, you could win free stuff! Yay! There's nothing like free stuff! View event>

MELT007 at Blizzarts If you want to leave your worries aside and dance all night, you have got to hit up Blizzarts. On the ones and twos will be local producers; Martyn Bootyspoon, Noo-Bap, Nick Wisdom & Amaris. So leave your worries at home and go get your dance on. Don't worry, Be happy! Bal En Noir BEC At Entrepôts Dominion This is a fundraiser for Le Bénévolat d'entraide aux communicateurs. Communications and marketing industry professionals will be attending so if this is something you are interested in, pick your most glamorous outfit, chic and black. Good way to network, enjoy the evening/night and grab a drink, all for a good cause. View event>

Friday, April 25th

FUNKtastique Fridays There's not a Friday we're not at La Porte Rouge for FUNKtastique Fridays. There's always a fun party crowd over there. So if you want to turn up this Friday, go to La Porte Rouge. Great things always happen behind that door. View event>

Should you be more into underground trap type music, there's these fellas; Tommy Kruise with Shash'U and Pomo at Cabaret Underworld. Love the Skin You're In - A Plus Size Fashion Show at Club Soda This event is to showcase positive body image. Allowing some designers and boutiques to show their creations, all of the profits will go to ANEB Québec - they offer support to people with eating disorders. What a great cause. View event>

Lakim, Da-P, Big Dreams & Cuft at The Belmont This is Lakim's stop in Montreal of his Canadian Tour of his album "This is Her". Alongside with local producer Da-P and all the others mentioned above, this will definitely be a good night to be at. View event>
