The National Women's Show is a huge exhibition that takes place in four cities across Canada every year, and they're coming to Montreal next month.
Taking place at Palais des congrès in March, the exhibit will offer free makeovers, over 300 exhibitors, awesome goodie bags and endless products to try.
If you're interested in fashion, beauty, health and/or wellness this is the exhibition for you!

The National Women's Show will make it's way to Montreal's Palais des congrès next month and touts itself as "The ULTIMATE Girl's Day Out!"
This March 22nd-24th, 2019 experience all the all the fashion, food and fun the huge exhibition has to offer.
The show features " food and wine sampling, fashion shows, celebrity guests, complimentary makeovers, health, wellness & beauty secrets, cooking demos, home renovation and decor advice, travel ideas," and a bunch more!
There are six show zones: Beauty, Health & Wellness, Festival & Style, World of Taste, Travel & Adventure, and House, Home & Design.
There are also four interactive stages including an Entertainment Stage, a Culinary Stage, a Salon Stage and a Workshop Stage featuring celebrity guest speakers, first-class fashion shows, consultations, workshops and more.
The TonCoiffeur.com Salon Stage is offering free makeovers and many individual exhibitors will be offering their own free experiences. For example, Canadian waxing company Parissa will be offering FREE eyebrow waxing.
The Workshop stage is featuring events like the innovation of natural cosmetics, "Helping Neck Pain," and the universe of essential oils.
The Culinary Stage is featuring talks like "how to cook a healthy meal in 20 minutes," cooking vegan cheese with VegNature, and a tea demonstration with David's Tea.
The Main Stage is hosting Yogalates, Bollywood Blast, and Beauty Tricks with Karine Joncas.
You can also walk away with a goodie bag (limited supply) that includes food products, beauty products and health products as well as a bunch of coupons for an assortment of products.
There are over 300 exhibitors planned to be in attendance this year so there will be no shortage of free swag to score and products to discover.

Tickets can be purchased online for $12.00+ service fees or for $14 at the door (taxes included). Children under 12 get in for free.
