The Spicy Sriracha Crab And Cucumber Salad Is A Surprisingly Healthy Summertime Indulgence.
Over the last few months I've written a ton of food porn type articles, but I haven't written about any salads.
That's because a long time ago a wise man taught me that you don't make friends with salad.
But it turns out you might be able to make friends with salad after all. That is if you're using this amazing Spicy Sriracha Crab and Cucumber Salad. Seriously, I've never heard such an awesome combination of words that was followed by the word 'salad'. Plus, here's the best part, since salads don't require any actual cooking, it satisfies my need for a quick and simple recipe.

Since you're probably hungry by now, I'll tell you how to make it. First you'll need:
4 ounces of cooked crab meat - half an avocado - one large cucumber - a tablespoon of mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons of Sriracha sauce - some rice vinegar - salt - sesame seeds and bread crumbs.
First julienne the cucumber as thinly as you can or use a spiral peeler to turn the cucumber into a giant noodle. Mix the mayonnaise with the Sriracha and salt, then slowly add the rice vinegar - using your judgment. Top the cucumber with your dressing and place the crab meat on top. Then garnish with avocado slices and sprinkle on the sesame and bread crumbs.
