Canada's 100 Best is an organisation that, as the name suggests, puts together an annual list of the 100 best restaurants in the country.

The list, which accounts for the opinions of food critics, leading chefs, legendary restaurateurs, elite diners, and food fanatics from across the country. Their website claims that their ranking is the "definitive list of the best restaurants in Canada."

Below is a list of the three best eateries in every province in Canada. For provinces with only one entry on the 100 Best list, we also included restaurants from Open Table's own list of the Best Restaurants in Canada for a Night Out.
