If you own a TV or a laptop, then you've definitely come across shows or articles about micro homes. Those tiny little homes full of nooks, crannies bunk beds and secret compartments.

If you still don't know what I'm talking about, check out these adorable micro homes and you'll see what I mean.

There's just something about them that make you feel like a kid again. But living in one of these homes is a pretty big commitment. That's why there's an awesome alternative for people who want to live the "micro-house" life, without giving up their regular sized home.

A company called Escape Homes has created the perfect mix of a micro home and an RV to create the world's coolest tow-able homes.

The tiny cabins are mounted on their own trailer so you can take them anywhere. The homes are equipped with a kitchen, a bathroom, dining area, storage, pop-up TVs, air conditioner and even solar power.

A new report from Royal LePage suggests that while Montreal's real estate market might start to cool down, home prices are still projected to increase more overall than any other market in Canada.

The company recorded a 21.7% year-over-year increase in the "aggregate price of a home" ("a weighted average of the median values of all housing types collected") in the Montreal area in the second quarter of 2021, bringing it to $514,000.
