There's A Huge Fire Raging In Laval Right Now (Videos)

In the early hours of the morning, loud noises woke residents living near a greenhouse in Laval were awoken by loud noises. One resident, who sent us photos and videos, reported hearing "gunshot-like sounds," which kept them up this morning.
The greenhouse has been burning since about 4:00 this morning. There is no news yet about the cause of this fire. The building, which is still on fire, is attended to by firefighters who are struggling to keep the flames under control. The building is in danger of collapsing

About 50 firefighters were called to the scene of the fire. They are taking a defensive aproach because of the risk of collapse.
The building on fire is Serres Sylvain Cleroux Inc., located on Principale Street. It is reported that the business is a family business, which has been passed down through generations. It distributes flowers to Canada and the United States.

The smoke from the fire can be seen from kilometers away, as far as Pierrefonds, and it is reducing the visibility of commuters this morning on Highway 13.

Luckily, no one was in the building when the fire began, and no injuries have been reported.
