An Extreme Rock Climbing Competition Is Coming To Montreal And You Can Participate

The Psicobloc Open Series is coming to Montreal!  If you are like me and you've never actually heard of this spot, let me give you a little low-down, cuz it's pretty insane.

Basically, Psicobloc is an ultra-intense free and solo climbing competition over a deep body of water.

During this 3-day long event, climbers will compete against each other as they climb the inverse wall which is more than 16 meters high. Check out these crazy photos!

The event in Montreal will be held at the Complex Aquatic at Parc Jean Drapeau in Montreal from August 23rd to 25th.

There are huge cash prizes to be won.  If you're a climber yourself and this sounds like something you might enjoy participating in, you can register for the event HERE!  Even kids can sign up! There are a "junior boys" and "junior girl" events for teenagers age 14-17.
