When we're talking weather, the word "best" is ambiguous. In other words, there are a lot of different answers to what is considered the "perfect" climate to live in, subjectively.

Even though I'll never understand it myself, I do realize that some people love cold weather and snowy winters. However, at least for the purposes of this article and list, the "weather-wise best" cities in Canada will mean the cities with the HIGHEST daily average temperatures every winter.
