Check out the Montreal Planetarium for an indoor holiday date

Where: 4801 Pierre De Coubertin Avenue // Hochelaga

When: Tuesday - Saturday 10AM - 8PM, Sunday 9AM - 5PM

Whenever I envision a classic date-night scene I picture a couple holding hands staring up at the stars talking and getting to know each other.  Well, it's cold in the winter, so why not visit the Planetarium for the same experience - but indoors. Check out their website for more info!

Take a short drive to Saint-Sauver for a day of snow tubing!

Where: 440 Chemin Avila // Piedmont Quebec

When: Sunday - Thursday 9AM - 5PM, Friday - Saturday 9AM - 10PM

Snow tubing is quite possibly the most exhilarating outdoor winter activity. Perfect date idea, too. It's also great for all you lazy bones out there because there is a lift that brings you and your tube back up the hill.  Just sit back and enjoy the slide.

Head outside of the city to Parc Omega to catch a glimpse of beautiful Quebec Wildlife

Where: 399 Route 323 North // Montebello, Quebec

When: Open Monday - Sunday // 10AM - 4PM

Can you think of anything more magical than an unplanned deer sighting? Hmm, don't think so, right!?  Parc Omega is just a short distance outside of Montreal and is a nature and wildlife adventure where all kinds of animals can be spotted. You can fork out a bit of extra cash and rent a cabin and stay overnight.  Pure romance.

For those crafty and artsy couples out there, have a little at home DIY Christmas gift session

Where: Comfort of your own home!

You don't need to spend a lot of money to give a thoughtful gift. In fact, I would argue that the less you spend the better.  Nothing says "I care" like crafting a gift with your own two hands.  Why not make a date out of it, go shopping for supplies and spend an afternoon crafting away.
