Montreal Is Hosting A "Vegetarian Food Festival"
For those who like to eat organic.
Friends, it's about that time of the year when your #NewYearNewMe resolutions fall through. Your gym membership is slowly starting to look more and more like an expensive burden; you're creeping far enough away from the holidays to justify the dissolution of your clean eating habits; and it's right about now that school/work gets so hectic that you have zero time to health.
Taking all this into account, I'm pretty sure we could all use a little something to help get us back on track soon. Or at least to make us feel like we're back on track, so that when we're face deep in a box ofon a Sunday morning, we don't feel so bad. (Just me? Oh. Okay, cool). Anyway, though: this is where the Expo Manger Santé Vivre Vert swoops in to save the day.
Montreal's Expo Manger Santé Vivre Vert 2016 is taking place at Palais des Congrès (1001 Place Jean-Paul-Riopelle) this March 11-13. As the name suggests, the Expo focuses on highlighting Quebec companies that promote eating well, living well, and being well. And, vegan friends, good news: although the event is not primarily a vegan fest, it is super vegan friendly.
This year, the Expo is featuring restaurants such as Aux Vivres, Crudessence, and Resto Vego. If this sounds super interesting to you, then don't forget to check out their Facebook page for more information.
