Outdoor events are officially a reality once more in Montreal, and no, all those ones in the winter where your face kind of hurt from the wind all the time don't count.
Thanks to the warm weather of spring, we can once more enjoy partying in the great outdoors, and Mount Royal is going to start the party season off with a bang with a huge outdoor rave.
Sending out a call to action to all Montrealers, Montreal's Eden Creative, The Turtle Crew, and Silent Disco Squad, are asking everyone to partake in turning our beloved mountain into a giant dance floor.
Set to go down in just a couple of weeks, the massive party-in-nature will dominate the entirety of Mount Royal. Attendees are asked to meet up at the Jeanne-Mance statue, to which you will all be taken on a Silent Disco that will take you up Mount Royal "and reveal the secrets hidden inside," whatever that means.
Kind of strange concept, but it's definitely cool to see some Montrealers take the initiative to put on an energized event that is sure to be beyond normal.
The Mont Royal dance party is set for Sunday, April 17th and will run from 2pm to 11pm. For more details, head to the official Facebook page here.
