Yoga is even better when enjoyed in the sunshine, and with this unreal summer weather Montreal is having, it's time to take advantage and get on your mat for some awesome outdoor classes.

But wait, I'm a beginner! I know a lot of people are too intimidated to take a yoga class - and I get it, all we picture are people with insanely bendy limbs and toned abs. But fear shouldn't hold you back from a practice that has so many awesome benefits, especially when there are classes specifically for beginners!

Grab your leggings and check out these outdoor, beginner friendly classes around Montreal.
