- On April 8, Juliette Brun of Juliette & Chocolat will be hosting a virtual brownie baking class, and you're not going to want to miss it.
- Whether you actually want to learn how to bake a brownie, or you're just in it for the dessert porn, it'll definitely be something to see.

One thing this time of social distancing really needs is more reasons and ways to eat. And it definitely needs more brownies. Juliette Brun of Juliette & Chocolat fame concurs, and in an effort to make those jogging pants really work for it, she is bringing her culinary skills to your living room for a virtual drool-party.
Juliette will be making one of her most popular desserts, taken from her recent book, "Les brownies de Juliette," with either the "S’mores" brownie or "Movie Night" brownie.
You can leave your vote on her Facebook and Instagram comment sections for which brownie version you want to see in action. The "S'mores" brownie is made of bitter dark chocolate with a gooey caramel centre and then topped off with a campfire-style marshmallow.
But the "Movie Night" brownie looks like a concoction made up of what SQDC dreams are made of with a chocolate brownie topped with pretzels, popcorn, and chips.
So, really there is no way to lose no matter which dessert is chosen. Plus, spending your lunch hour virtually baking with Juliette Brun sounds a lot better than most things on a to-do list.
This will be the second live broadcast Juliette has hosted. Last week she threw a rather impromptu live feed party which was met with a lot of happy, grateful, albeit hungry fans.
Since we are all spending more time in the kitchen, or at least more time eating, the chocolate entrepreneur has plans to host a cooking broadcast once a week (fingers crossed).
You can even comment on exactly which recipe you would like to see next.
Juliette et Chocolat has also teamed up with COPPER BRANCH, Cameo Furniture, Decarie Motors, Altitude Connections, West Island Therapy and Wellness Centre, Christina Esteban Photography and DONNABELLA, Girls Living Out Loud (GLOLmtl), a non-profit organization, to provide materials like food, shields, masks & gloves to nurses, to health care workers.
The GoFundMe page has already raised over $6,500, well on their way to the $10,000 goal. If you're interested in donating to this cause, make sure to check it out.
