Returning this spring for its second edition, Montreal festival Metro Metro is bringing an all-star lineup to the Montreal Olympic Park. Headliners 50 Cent, Travis Scott, Booba, and Young Thug will follow in the footsteps of 2019 acts by Snoop Dogg and Cari B, who set high standards for the festival during its inaugural run. "With more than 65 local and international artists, both Anglophone and Francophone," participating in the 2020 festival, "expect to experience three days completely out of the ordinary," a press release reads (translated from French).

"The level of expectation from festival-goers was very high for this second edition. We worked hard to offer a monster program," says Olivier Primeau, President of the Midway Group, the company that produces the festival.

Primeau previously promised that the second edition would be "two times bigger than last year."

In 2020, performances will take place across two stages and three days, compared to 2019's two-days of festivities.

Other big names on this year's lineup include Quebec rapper Loud, Fetty Wap, and Lil Pump.

Three-day festival tickets will go on sale Thursday, February 20 at noon for $299 on the Metro Metro website. VIP passes will sell for $599. Both prices include taxes and fees.

It's unclear if day passes will be for sale at a later date.
