Surfing is not something that one really associates with Montreal but you would be kinda wrong since we do have a few spots around the island that allows such an activity.
Recently an incredible aerial video has surfaced filmed by Julien Heon Photography of surfer Richard Yu-Tim doing his thing at "La Vague a Guy".
This spot is located just west of the Lachine Rapids where a constant wave is formed close to the riverbank.
