This Is Montreal's First Ever "Veggie Map" Of The City

Despite the constant criticism, more and more people are going vegan and vegetarian, and it's really refreshing. Being healthy and environmentally conscious are only the beginning of a plant-based diet.

By opting out of animal products, you open yourself up to a whole new world of food and products. So don`t look at it like you`re losing products, look at it like you`re gaining new ones.

Finding good veggie-friendly food in Montreal can seem impossible sometimes. I can't tell you how discouraging it is to hear about a new restaurant, get all excited and then check the menu only to see that there are zero options for vegans or vegetarians.

Instead of crying over spilled (non-dairy) milk, you just have to know where to go! With all the amazing restaurants we have in Montreal, you don't need to worry, there's something for everyone.

And luckily, Montreal`s Vegetarian Association has just released a new flyer with over 240 vegan restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, you name it! It's called "Live and eat vegetarian and vegan", and it's awesome!

The AVM is really proud of it, and they should be! Finally, you don't have to go on an endless google search to find somewhere to run your errands and get a bite to eat.

All of the locations  are numbered and colored coated and organized in this map of the city:
