Before you get grossed out, no lobsters were harmed in the creation of this new decadent dessert. No, the new treat from the mind of the Cronut creator is entirely made out of pretzel dough and stuffed with peanut butter, a much more appealing snack than a seafood-stuffed sweet.
Dominique Ansel unveiled his new esoteric edible yesterday on Good Morning America, who then tweeted out the image below. ABC News breaks down the snack, describing it as a crispy pretzel shell stuffed with gooey peanut butter that is then served with whipped brown butter and honey.
Sounds delicious, its just the shape of the snack that is a little strange. Our minds may always be in the gutter, so maybe we're the only ones to see the phallic quality to the PB-preztzel lobster tails, but come on, its hard not to. But hey, you can say the same about bananas or eclairs, so as long as these pups are tasty, we'd get on our knees and eat 'em.
