Exactly, you wouldn't, and that's pretty much the idea behind the Jalapeno Mac & Cheese Smoked Meat Poutine.
No, that wasn't a typo, or a misnomer. Inspired by Dunn's Famous dish, the JM&CP is quite literally the fusion of poutine, macaroni and cheese, with some spicy jalapenos to reach the zenith of cheesy-carby goodness.
Crispy fries balanced out by tender macaroni, savory smoked meat given much needed heat with zesty jalapenos, and a double-edged cheese and grease attack of squeaky cheese curds, creamy mac 'n cheesiness, and delicious gravy make for one hell of a meal.
