TL;DR the Bleury North entrance building of the Place-des-Arts station will be closed fro March 11, 2019 until Fall 2021.
Beaudry station was supposed to be closed for only 8 months but now the closure has been postponed until June 2, 2019.

Now, the newest closure to be added to the list is the Bleury North entrance building of the Place-des-Arts station. The entrance will be closed so that a private real estate developer can start construction on a project.
The STM plans on taking advantage of the closure add 3 elevators to make the station more accessible.
