This Montreal Restaurant Is Hosting A Free Vegan Pop-Up Shop

Veganism is not only about what you put in your body, it's a lifestyle.  And you don't need to be on a plant-based diet to appreciate a mindful lifestyle. It's all about being conscious about what you put in your body, but on it as well.

Being mindful of the brands you use, and their social and environmental impact. In other words, everyone can benefit from learning more about this lifestyle.

That said, Pop-Up Shop Vegan is hosting their 4th installment of this Vegan Pop-Up which incorporates free conferences and exposé of lifestyle brands which will be offering samples of their products such as cosmetics, food, pet food, skincare, and much more!

The event is totally free and completely open to the public. It will be held in at Resto Vego on St-Denis this Sunday from 12-5 PM.
