This Quebec Man Heroically Saved 4 People From Drowning

A real life 'Capitaine Quebec'.
This Quebec Man Heroically Saved 4 People From Drowning

Canadians are known to be polite. We're so polite we'll even take time off from our vacation to save a few lives if need be. Samuel Rousseau-Mascolo who lives and works in Bromont, was vacationing in Indonesia when he saw 4 people who appeared to be drowning.

He called out to another man and they both ran into the water with their surf boards and started paddling towards the weakened swimmers who were being carried away by the current.

They each grabbed 2 swimmers and helped them cling to the surfboards. Even though they weren't very far from the shore (about 12  meters), it took over 10 minutes to paddle back to the beach. Luckily for the swimmers, the 20 year old Quebec man was a life guard who works a the Ski Bromont's Aquatic Park.

He kind of looks like Keanu Reeves in the picture doesn't he?
