I don't know about you, but I am ALWAYS looking for a good Vietnamese restaurant in Montreal that gives me those vacation vibes. Luckily for us, Atwater Market has blessed Montreal with a Vietnamese themed restaurant that is legit already so popular and it just opened halfway through the summer.
Le Petit Sao is officially open at Atwater Market and it will completely BLOW YOUR MIND! You can expect nothing less than fabulous Vietnamese food that will transport you across the globe. You've heard of the "Caribbean Themed" Restaurant and the "Hawaiian Themed" snack bar, and trust me they are 514% amazing, but this Vietnamese restaurant is to die for.
Le Petit Sao was born 4 years ago on Île des Soeurs and due to its superb menu they have opened a location in Atwater Market for the whole summer. Trust me when I say that you can expect NOTHING but pure PERFECTION. I went a few days ago and I was brought to cloud 9 with their fresh ingredients.
They specialize in GOI CUON which are rolls, GOI which are salads, BANH MI which are sandwiches, PHO which are soups, and other Vietnamese delights! The restaurant is located in the Atwater Market outdoor food court and the original location is located on 40 Place Du Commerce.
Le Petit Sao's small booth at Atwater is honestly adorable! The decor is full of light pinks and turquoises with pineapple decor that just screams adorable! When I went, I ordered their chicken Banh Mi sandwich with an ice-coffee and my mind was blown!
The sandwich was sweet, the chick fresh, and the ice coffee refreshing. It was garnished with aioli mayonnaise, daikon & marinated carrots, cucumber, coriander and fresh peppers! Plus, their variety of drinks pair great with all their dishes!
Montreal is known for their diverse range of restaurants and some of the best happen to be those that make souvlakis, gyros, spanakopita, and more. Of course I am referring to those spectacular Greek restaurants around the island, which happen to be some of my favorites!
Everyone should know where to get the best gyros in town, especially the one closest to where you live or work. So, to help us all crush our pita cravings, I suggest checking some of the restaurants below that have been divided my borough. Trust me, they are some of the best in town!
For some delightful Greek food as you sit in a gorgeous garden terrasse, then I recommend checking out Le Jardin de Panos! Featuring classic Greek dishes, such as their tasty, flaky Spanakopita and their straight-up delicious scallop brochette, you'll fall in love!
This restaurant features both Plateau vibes and traditional Greek dishes. Their menu is chalk full of options so there is 514% something on this menu for everyone! I suggest their juicy and tasty lokaniko sausages.
This traditional Greek/Mediterranean restaurant comes with a modern twist! Their raw bar features snow crab and Northern Divine caviar. But, if that's not your style, they still have those traditional Greek dishes.
At this point, every Montreal Greek food fan knows about Marathon. And, if you don't? Then you need to get yourself there, ASAP. Marathon's is LEGIT my favorite Greek restaurant. I've been there multiple times and trust me, it never disappointing.
If you love that classic flavorful Greek food, then Nostos is the place to be. Their tender pork souvlaki and tangy tzatziki sauceis legit HEAVEN! Oh, and don't forget about their creamy taramasalata as an appetizer.
Yesterday we announced a special deal dropping tonight where you can from Montreal to Japan round trip for only $499. Later that day I spoke to a friend who told me they had recently booked a flight to japan that cost them close to $1800!
