This CrossFit affiliated group runs a bunch of different outdoor bootcamps and fitness classes, but don't let that intensity scare you away! Their outdoor yoga is just an hour, and open to all levels. This requires a sign up, so if you really want to learn the practice, it's a good option to get you started.
