With the sudden downpour of snow, rain, and a mix of both, we could all really use a vacation right about now — an escape to somewhere with milder temperatures, fresh air, lots of greenery, and fantastic views.
Unfortunately, it isn't as easy as booking a flight and packing a bag. Except, there are instances where travelling can be made just a bit easier.
If you're in the market for a free vacation, look no further. Air Canada is currently hosting a contest that can send you and one other person of your choice to Ireland for the ultimate getaway.
All you have to do is answer one simple question.
TL;DR Air Canada is hosting a contest until April 12, 2019 that can send you and a friend to Ireland for an all-inclusive getaway. All you have to do is watch a video on their website and spot all of the hidden shamrocks. Guessing correctly can land you the trip of a lifetime!
Contest participants must enter by April 12, 2019. If you do happen to win, you'll have the opportunity to embark on a totally free trip to explore historic castles and take in stunning landscapes!
The vacation includes a paid flight for you and one other person to Dublin, Ireland. You'll then have 9 days and 7 nights to explore the hillsides, ocean roads, the downtown core, and more!
Car rental and hotel stays are included in the package, along with brunch and other essentials during your trip. What more could you ask for?
So, how do you actually enter the contest?
Well, it takes a really good eye. Air Canada posted a video on their website showcasing the natural beauty of Ireland. To win the contest, you just have to watch the video and spot all of the hidden shamrocks.
Whoever guesses the number of shamrocks in the video correctly has a chance of winning this once-in-a-lifetime getaway.
The only problem is that it is extremely hard to catch all of the shamrocks (talk about green-on-green) so you may have to replay the video a couple dozen times.
It's totally worth it though for a chance to jet off to the island nation.
