In a video posted to the Jeopardy! Twitter account today, legendary host Alex Trebek shared that he has been diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer.
The Canadian icon vowed to "fight this and keep working" and, "with the help of family, friends, and your prayers [beat] the low survival rate of this disease."
"I have to. Under the terms of my contract, I have to host Jeopardy for three more years," the host joked.
