Friends, every so often, something so shockingly cool comes about that there are legit no words to describe the sheer awesomeness. This is one of those times.
Alisha Gauvreau, a PhD student at BC's University of Victoria's anthropology program, was excavating on Canada's Triquet Island.
What she unearthed is incredible. Along with her team, Gauvreau found artifacts like fish hooks and spears, all going back 14,000 years ago. The video is awesome:
According to CTV News, the village is the oldest one to be discovered in all of North America.
Honestly, if this isn't the most fascinating thing ever, I don't know what is.
