Jesse Freeston is one of the many Montrealers victim to having his backpacks jacked while studying at a cafe.
On Friday, April 11th, around 2:30, Freeston was studying at the well-known St. Laurent coffee joint Café Pi, only to have his backpack (with his laptop, journal, phone inside) taken, quite literally, right from under his seat.
We've all heard horror stories of friend's (or your) stuff nabbed at a cafe or library during finals, and here's how its done.
Watch how one thief expertly enters the café, casually walks by Freeston's table, and sneakily nabs his stuff. Don't let this happen to you.
