Warning: Quebec Is Going To Be Hit With A 25cm Snowstorm

We have some bad news.
At 4:42 AM EST on Monday morning, Environment Canada has issued a special weather warning for pretty much all of Quebec.
A low pressure system is headed our way and it's going to dump some mixed precipitation all over Quebec today that's going to turn into snow later tonight.

TL;DR Environment Canada is warning that the Quebec region is going to be hit with 15 to 25 cm of snow beginning Monday evening.
The snow is expected to continue on Tuesday and Wednesday as well. 15 to 25 cm of snow are expected as well as very strong winds so the next couple of days are going to be tough to deal with.
The Quebec City area also has a power outage and a high tide warnings.
This storm is going to be a little crazy and it's expected to last a few days so Environment Canada is warning that there may be some more alerts coming out way in the next 48 hours.
They are also asking people to modify and non-essential travel plans.
