Montreal To Be Hit By Extreme Cold Weather

Brace yourselves, 'real' winter is coming.
Montreal To Be Hit By Extreme Cold Weather

I have some good news and some bad news for you guys this morning.

The good news is that we're going to get a break from the snow for the next little while.

There are no storms in the forecast, only a few scattered flakes, which is nice because I'm getting sick and tired of having to use a pick and hammer to get the ice off my car every morning.

Unfortunately I also promised you some bad news, and here it is.

The cold weather is on the way and it'll be here until next week.

The weekend forecast doesn't look very scary until you start looking at the windchill. Temperatures will be in the negative double digits until next Tuesday.

The beginning of the weekend won't be so bad, but Sunday and Monday is going to straight up suck. Temperatures will be back to normal on Tuesday but there's a chance of ice rain.

So I guess we'll have to wait until Wednesday before we can breathe a sigh of relief.
