Love 'em or hate 'em, the Purge movies have become reached cult-like status.

The movie trilogy takes place in a "future America" where every year all crime, including murder is perfectly legal for a 12-hour period.

Citizens react in different ways. Some set up elaborate security systems to stay as safe as possible, while others take part in all the crime and chaos that overtakes the city. The whole thing results in some pretty gruesome scenarios.

But that's what would happen if you lived in The United States, our crazy downstairs neighbors.
