A little while ago, a reddit user asked a pretty important question which we all wanted the answer to.
The question was simple: "Restaurant chain workers, what dish should we not order and why?"
Of course, people listed out the obvious culprits: Seafood specials, soups of the day, or the tuna from Subways (eeeeew). Then there were others you might not have thought about:
"Ice almost everywhere. Unless you've seen people take apart the ice machine and scrub the whole thing out, there is definitely mold in those."
But the main one that got everyone's attention was the one item you should never, ever, ever order at McDonald's (Drum-roll, please.) :
It's a sad day for anyone who actually enjoys this sandwich but as a rule in general, if there is an item used only in one dish, chances are it’s not as fresh as the rest of the menu.
But if you must have your fish filet, you can always ask the McDonald's employees to make one fresh for you, but you'll have to wait a little longer to get your food.
