Where You Can Take Free Yoga Classes In Montreal

When it comes to choosing a fun fitness class to sign up for, yoga is always a solid option. It dates all the way back to the 5th century BCE in India, eventually spreading to the West where it now has a variety of different schools and practices. Not only is it a decent workout, but some even consider it to be a healthy intervention for cancer, asthma, schizophrenia, and heart disease.
Taking multiple yoga classes can get pretty expensive, especially once you start adding up the bills - but it doesn't have to be. Thankfully, for all you Montreal yoga enthusiasts, there are quite a few places throughout the city that are offering free classes for all levels of yoga expertise.
1. Lululemon
1230 Mansfield
Every Sunday at 9:30am, Lululemon offers a free yoga class at Club Athletique Mansfield. It's open to all levels, from the complete beginner to the very advanced.
