You Can Stream All Your Favourite "Throwback" Shows For FREE On CTV's Website

Netflix can often feel like the be-all, end-all of online streaming, especially if you're actually paying for it. Why looks elsewhere when Netflix is right there and paid for, right?

But if you're feeling bored with Netflix's current selection, there are options out there. And one of those options I found recently is not only Canadian, it's totally FREE.

Yes, folks, you can find a bunch of awesome "Throwback" shows on CTV's website, and if you want to watch them all you have to do is hit play. Seriously.

You don't need to sign up for anything before accessing hundreds of episodes from amazing shows like Community and Orphan Black.

Plus they have some REAL throwbacks, like Married with Children and the original Charlie's Angels.

Here are some of the best Throwback offerings has to offer:

A witch married to an ordinary man cannot resist using her magic powers to solve the problems her family faces.

A suspended lawyer is forced to enrol in a community college with an eclectic staff and student body.

Mad About You

Paul and Jamie Buchman are a recently-married New York City couple. They point out the gentle humor in domesticity and life's everyday situations.

Married With Children

Al Bundy is a misanthropic women's shoe salesman with a miserable life. He hates his job, his wife is lazy, his son is dysfunctional (especially with women), and his daughter is dim-witted and promiscuous.

Orphan Black

A streetwise hustler is pulled into a compelling conspiracy after witnessing the suicide of a girl who looks just like her.

The Jeffersons

A nouveau riche, African-American family who move into a luxury apartment building develop close, if occasionally fractious, relationships with other tenants.

They also have a huge selection of animated shows to really bring back the childhood memories... or throw it on if you're babysitting and want to give the kids these days some education on real cartoons.

A squad of supernatural investigators are Earth's only defence against an evil ghost wizard and his minions.
