On this episode of Good Bites: Takeout, host Alex Melki is ordering in from a new ghost kitchen in Montreal - Aburi Bunz.

If you've never heard of a ghost kitchen before, it's less spooky than you think. It simply means there's no physical location to sit down and eat at, not that we can do that anyway. Instead, you can only order online through apps like DoorDash and Uber Eats.

Aburi Bunz started out in Toronto and has finally brought its Japanese inspired blowtorched buns to Montreal. From spicy fried chicken to seaweed and sausage, these buns are available for takeout.
