The Montreal Canadiens ended the 2014-2015 NHL regular season 1st in the Atlantic Division and 2nd in the entire league, posting their best record since the 1988-1989 season.

Led by Max "American Sniper" Pacioretty, P.K. "Norris" Subban, and Carey "Jesus" Price, this year's Habs have a real shot at winning NHL's holiest of grails: the Stanley Cup.

Let's face it people, hope was at an all-time low at the start of Game 5. But taking a look at these tweets from Montrealers watching the game, you would never be able to tell.

The Habs' (admittedly) surprising 7-4 victory against the New York Rangers has restored hope within the city. Now we know the Rangers can be crushed, and with all the online support from fans, the possibility of the Habs winning the series is increasingly becoming a reality.

Two Montrealers have taken their Habs pride to new, and entirely artistic, heights with a gigantic mural dedicated to, and depicting, the Canadien's star goalie Carey Price.

AXE and FLUKE of the audio-visual collective K6A and the A'shop crewcreated this Habs-inspired piece of street art, which began as a simple graphic but became a full mural in celebration of the Habs taking down Boston. Now it's also a gigantic get-well-soon card to Price, who had a minor injury during Saturday's game.

We did it everyone. There was a hiccup or two along the way, but we all knew, deep down, in our heart of hearts, that the Habs would take down Boston. And the Canadiens did, so we celebrated.

To be more exact, we partied in the streets to a near frenzy, which is the only way a city can truly praise their team for making it to the third round of the playoffs. But don't mind the specifics, we won, and that's all that matters.

The boys down at Notorious Barbershop have been getting quite crafty with their razors and kick ass skills all in Habs spirit. Here are some of their awesome masterpieces to amp you up for game 7 of the Stanley Cup Playoffs.

They set up shop outside the Bell Centre for every home game offering Habs logo cuts for free! And although game 7 is in Boston, you might want to try to book a haircut at their shop in time for the puck drop (that's IF you can get an appointment...these boys are hot stuff right now).

Game 7 can go either way, and a likely situation, no matter who wins: Habs fans will go nuts. Either the city will be rocketed into jovial pandemonium because the Canadiens won, or Montreal will be consumed with rage for losing. The reason doesn't matter much, but the end result is basically the same.

Epic is really the only word to describe Montreal's victory last night over Boston. The Habs crushed the Bruins on offence and defense, ending the game with 4 goals while the Bruins had none. Not like we needed to tell you though, you were obviously watching too.

Energy was high all across the city, and is always the case, Habs fans took to Twitter to express their joy, happiness, and Bruins hate.
