Running, meditating, reading books or listening to music all serve as great ways to reduce stress, but sometimes you really need to let loose and let it out. Let it all out.
Montreal offers a unique way of shaking off the weight of everyday stressors with rage rooms that let you smash out any pent-up stress or anger.
Whether you're dealing with never-ending traffic jams (as most Montrealers are), work deadlines, and/or personal pressures and challenges, it's safe to say that smashing the crap out of an old television or giving a cement wall a few hits with a sledgehammer ought to get the job done just right.
Both Combat d'Archers and Sports de Combats in Montreal allow solo smashers or groups to enter a rage room and demolish a series of objects from TVs, and glass items including plates, cups, bottles; small and medium-sized electronics and so much more. In fact, you can even bring items from home that you wish to smash upon entry into the rage cage.
Participants will be decked out in protective gear and equipment, and undergo a run-through before the smashing begins to ensure a safe and secure fury.
And feel free to get festive, too. If you're planning a bachelor/ette party, girls' night out or just want to get the group together for a smashin' fun time, rage rooms are all the rage right now. Oh and don't worry about the aftermath, the crew cleans up the wreckage once your session is done.
Here are all the details you'd need for where to go, how much it'll cost and what the activity entails.
