With Health Canada approving two more COVID-19 vaccines, Canadians have taken to the Internet seeking information — and Quebecers' popular search terms reveal a lot about how we're feeling when it comes to the vaccines.
Semrush, a data provider specializing in online behaviour, analyzed hundreds of search terms in Canada. It found that from the week of February 22 to the week of March 1, there was a 178% increase in searches for "best vaccine" in Quebec.

In the same time frame, searches for "side effects of the vaccine" dropped by 93%. Quebecers also became less interested in "where to get vaccine," a search term that declined 47.76%.
Across Canada, searches for "when can I get the vaccine?" increased by 210% while "vaccine wait times" and "vaccine delays" increased by 70% and 81%, respectively. However, searches for "anti-vaccine" increased by 300%.
There are different possibilities for what these figures indicate, but one thing's apparent: Quebecers have COVID-19 vaccines on the brain.
