One of the owners let us know that this boozy treat will soon be available on UberEats, which is ideal for anyone who's too lazy to go out and party but still wants to get their buzz on.
The Six Flavours

There are two sorbet options: the Cubaine, which is mojito inspires and the Marseillaise which is rosé with peach. Both of which are sorbets and both of which are fabulous tasting.
After that, there's the Sibérienne, which is white Russian inspired, La Portuguese, which tastes exactly like a pastel de nata, L'Irlandaise, which has the same flavour as an Irish car bomb.
And, last but not least, there's also the Fée Verte which has the most alcohol in it, and is made with absinthe and pistachio.

I think it's fair to say that this female-owned company is one of the coolest local brands found in the city at the moment.
One of the three we had the chance to speak with, Claire is co-owner of Chez Serge and also designed its cool, new location, which is worth checking out even if you don't want boozy ice cream.
