Brunch is delicious pretty much any day of the year, but on Easter, it's tradition! Whether you are looking for something classy for your family or casual for your friends, Montreal is full of great restaurants serving up delicious brunch this weekend. We thought we'd compile a simple selection of some of our favourite Montreal spots, perfect for filling up your bellies this Easter.

Espace La Fontaine

If you thought La Fontaine Park was just for lounging, well you're not wrong, but there is also a great little spot to grab a bite for Easter. Exceptionally opened for the long weekend, Espace La Fontaine will be serving up some brunch classics like eggs benedict and crepes, all with a great view of the park.
Le Montréalais

If you are looking for the full spread, the Queen Elizabeth Hotel has got its traditional set-price Easter brunch with everything from salmon tartare, to fancy salads, to eggs and bacon, duck confit ravioli, as well as delectable desserts to choose from.
Verses
For a little elegance and finesse, head over to the Old Port where Verses is offering a refined 3-course brunch menu including fresh oysters, smoked lamb tartare, lobster omelette, and light desserts.

Bota Bota Spa
Kill two birds with one stone and enjoy brunch and some relaxation at the same time at Boto Bota. The Baths & Brunch package includes a delicious brunch prepared by L’Auberge Saint-Gabriel, a Nordic bath and a complimentary glass of mimosa. Plus, your chance at finding some valuable prizes hidden around the boat decks as part of Bota Bota's Easter bunny hunt.
Evoo
Already one of Montreal's best brunchs, Evoo is doing up Easter brunch like only they can and offering an eclectic menu featuring Quebec and Irish classics. Crispy pork belly with cranberry ketchup, pea soup with maple foam, and a hearty Shepherd's pie are all on the menu, and of course their Full Irish breakfast. Don't forget to also try their famous homemade NutellOO!
Ma'tine

Over on the other side of town, tucked away in the gay village, Ma'Tine is the perfect choice for a laid-back and casual Easter brunch with friends or family. They're offering "three days of copious amounts of food, bubbly and chocolate," not to mention some of the best coffee in town. Bare in mind they don't take reservations.

Laloux
One of Montreal's classiest bistros, known for its upscale French cuisine and impeccable wine pairings, Laloux is serving brunch for the very first time in honour of Easter. Enjoy elevated classics like French toast with brown butter, yogurt mousse and apple salad, as well as cured trout with poached egg and bacon vinaigrette, plus plenty of tasty extras to go with.
H4C Place St-Henri
A relative newcomer to what is the Sud Ouest foodie haven, H4C is a beautiful and intimate space that's ideal for a comfortable and cozy brunch. For Easter, H4C is offering a 3-service menu for $30/person. or $50/person that comes with complementary mimosa and a glass of wine with your meal.
Chez Chose
Already a big favourite among veteran brunchers, Easter at Chez Chose will not disappoint. They'll be offering a seating starting at 10am with a second one starting at 12:30pm, and their wonderful selection of bold menu items, including a chocolate brownie that's to die for.
Café Régine
It would be pretty silly not to include Café Régine on this list, and while there won't be a special Easter menu per se, the brunches are just too good not to mention! Waffles, French Toast, omelettes and all the other good stuff, you can't really go wrong here, especially not with their deep-fried chocolate truffles! Bare in mind they don't take reservations.
