A tragic accident involving a snowplow and pedestrian with a baby occurred late on Monday afternoon in the small town of Cacouna in Quebec's Bas-Saint-Laurent region. According to information from the Sûreté du Québec (SQ), a mother pushing her baby in a stroller was fatally struck by a snowplow at around 4:45 p.m. while she was walking along Route 132 in blustery, snowy conditions.
