Montreal-based retailer Frank & Oak has apologized to the Montreal community and to Dragon Flowers shop owner Tamey after intense backlash over a t-shirt design depicting the iconic Mile End storefront. 

In a widely-shared Instagram post, Tamey condemned the retailer's decision to print the t-shirts without express permission to use the store's image.
