The Insurance Bureau of Canada (IBC), an "association representing Canada’s private home, auto and business insurers," released its annual list of the most stolen cars in Quebec.

The list is compiled using "insurance claims data collected from nearly all automobile insurance companies in Canada," according to the association's website.
