60 km/h winds "are possible over New Brunswick and parts of Quebec"

"The most likely impacts for Canada will be the potential for heavy rainfall in southern and eastern parts of Quebec and moderate gusty winds."

The areas between the Eastern Townships and Quebec City are the "most likely" to experience this heavy rainfall.

Given the forecasted short timeframe for rain, "some minor flooding may occur in prone locations."

More updates are coming later today.
