As Quebec continues to receive doses of COVID-19 vaccines, Montreal's soon-to-be mass vaccination sites are preparing to open their doors to the public. This means we already know some of the locations where regular Montrealers will be able to get COVID-19 vaccines.
Here's how you can get vaccinated for COVID-19 in Montreal when the time comes.

What's the order of priority?
The Government of Quebec laid out the order for COVID-19 vaccines by priority group.
People with an increased risk of getting infected, developing complications or dying from COVID‑19 will receive vaccine doses before the rest of the public.
The order of priority is as follows:
- Vulnerable people and people with a significant loss of autonomy who live in residential and long-term care centres (CHSLDs) or in intermediate and family-type resources (RI‑RTFs).
- Workers in the health and social services network who have contact with users.
- Autonomous or semi-autonomous people who live in private seniors' homes (RPAs) or in certain closed residential facilities for older adults.
- Isolated and remote communities (such as remote Indigenous communities)
- People 80 years or older
- People 70 to 79 years old
- People 60 to 69 years old
- Adults under 60 years old who have a chronic disease or health problem that increases the risk of complications of COVID‑19
- Adults under 60 years old who do not have a chronic disease or health problem that increases the risk of complications, but who provide essential services and have contact with users
- The rest of the adult population
How do I request a vaccine appointment?
When COVID-19 vaccines become available to the general public in Quebec, appointments will be made through Clic Santé, a website used to book flu shots and blood tests, a spokesperson for a CIUSSS network told MTL Blog.
When the service is available, you'll select COVID-19 vaccination on the site and then enter your postal code to find the vaccination centre closest to your home.
Alternatively, you will be able to call 1 877-644-4545 to book an appointment by phone.
What vaccination sites have already been announced?
CIUSSS networks across Montreal have announced some of the future locations of the mass vaccination centres. More vaccination sites will be announced in the coming weeks and months.
In many cases, the centres will be open seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. but you will have to make an appointment before you show up.
It's important to note that any calls you receive offering COVID-19 vaccines for a fee are fraudulent. The government asks that you notify the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre if this happens to you.
