Such love for this park led many locals to flock there on the statutory holiday of Monday, October 12.

City officials took notice of the high volume of people frequenting the park that day and made the decision to temporarily close its parking lot because of such.

When Lewis's owner Khristine Lahaie and her boyfriend set-off for a summer road trip through Alberta, she said they decided to bring their two cats along with them: Mighty and Lewis.
