From our famous bagels in Mile End to the foodie heaven that is Griffintown, each area has its own gems, so choose wisely!

Excluded from this list are apartments in Île-Bizard–Sainte-Geneviève, where rental units are few and far betweem.

Also missing are locations in the West Island, Westmount, Montréal-Est, and Town of Mount Royal, as they are independent municipalities on the Island of Montreal.

All of the apartment listings below are sourced from Kijiji and Rentals.ca, and vary in cost. Most of the listings are similar in price, and each of them reflects rent value in their respective boroughs.

If you’re totally obsessed with a listing, feel free to reach out and verify if the apartment is still available.

If the listing has been rented since the date this post was published, the link will no longer be accessible.
