Premier François Legault's decision not to exempt homeless Quebecers from curfew has officially been overruled by a Superior Court judge.

Judge Chantal Masse explained in her ruling that the province-wide curfew acts as a major threat to the health and safety of the homeless between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m.

Judge Pierre Cavalier has officially given out a $1 fine for weed posession to Mario Larouche, 46 years old with pain stemming from a car accident.

Mario Larouche tried legally to get marijuana for his pain, but was unable due to poor system coordination. He then decided to take matter in his own hands and plant 30 marijuana seeds.

A Canadian judge is currently under federal court review after 4 lawyers have pulled out statements from a 2014 court procedure. The council has announced they are currently reviewing the statements made by Justice Camp towards a sexual assault victim.

CBC - ''In the 11-page complaint, Elaine Craig, Jocelyn Downie, Jennifer Koshan and Alice Woolley said that in the 2014 case, Camp asked the complainant, "Why couldn't you just keep your knees together?" and, "Why didn't you just sink your bottom down into the basin so he couldn't penetrate you?"
